MERCY Child Sponsorship

Sponsoring a child through MERCY Pattaya will give your sponsored child a better start in life. MERCY works with the most marginalised families and vulnerable children in Pattaya’s chumchons (slums). Pattaya is notorious for sex tourism and your sponsorship will help prevent a child from slipping into the flesh trade, transforming their life and also their future.

Your support will:

• enable the child to attend a good quality school,
• attend fortnightly Saturday English and craft classes,
• attend two outings/camps each year that are packed with fun activities,
• receive monthly food support for their family.

You will see them grow up, you can write to them, visit them and follow their activities on our Facebook page.

Child sponsorship costs 10,000 Thai Baht / £250 / $325 per year – this can be paid monthly if you prefer (£20.80 / $27.00 per month).

The cost of sponsorship can be shared between two sponsors paying £125 / $165 per year (£10.50 / $13.75 per month). No child will have more than two sponsors.

Or if you would like to just sponsor the Saturday English classes, this costs 3,000 Thai Baht / £75 / $100 per year for one child.
