Mercy Projects
As with any charitable organization Mercy Mission can always do with help.
If you able to donate anything the mission will put it to good use.
The mission always needs food and clothes to help with their work. This can be brought to the mission directly or if you give us a call we can arrange to have it collected.
Money is always gratefully accepted, If you are in Thailand you can donate directly using any ATM or bank branch. If you are in the USA or Canada yo can make donations through Hope For the Nations. If you are in the UK you can donate through The Pattaya Street Kids Support Project. If you want to donate through www.paypal.com The Pattaya Street Kids Project will help here too.
Mercy is always happy to accept help from volunteers who have time or skills they can donate. If you have any clothes or household goods that are no longer needed in you home or business Mercy Mission can help them find a new home. Anything and everything is gratefully received. Any excess is passed onto other needy, stateless and destitute people. Below are listed the many projects that Mercy Ministries runs:
CHILDREN’S HOME
Children’s HomeThe children’s home / shelter protects and provides for children who are “at risk” in our community, because of either of direct abuse or abuse by severe neglect. MERCY’s team of dedicated care-givers provide a clean, safe, home, good food, medical care, clothing, education and lots of love to all the children.

CHUMCHON (SLUMS) PROJECT
Each week the MERCY team goes into Pattaya’s most destitute areas to bring basic food items, clothes, milk for the children, emergency medical care as needed, and hope to some of Pattaya’s poorest residents.

SCHOLARSHIP PROJECT
With financial support from local and international sponsors, MERCY provides scholarships for over 220 + needy Thai students, who are referred by local school authorities or chumchon (slum) community leaders.

PRISONS
Three times a week, a team of MERCY staff and volunteers take fruit, clean drinking water and sandwiches (when supplies are available) to people in local police lock-up centers.MERCY offers emergency care as needed, help contacting family or embassies (if foreigners), and family support if Thai nationals.

MICRO ENTERPRISE AND LIVELIHOOD AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Individual gifts or loans (as appropriate) are given to specific individuals to help create financial independence in the lives of the poorest of the poor.

EARLY LEARNING CENTER
Created to provide a positive learning environment for children in chumchon airat (slum) areas. These centers prevent children from 3 months old and up from being left in circumstances where they are put ‘at risk’
